The registration desk at the conference venue will open on Monday, July 8, 2024 at 08:15 a.m to 8:50 a.m.

All talks are of 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion.

We will take the group picture on Tuesday at 13:15 (after the last talk of the morning) at the main entrance of the conference venue

Guided night tour of Jerez de la Frontera

On Tuesday, July 9, we offer a guided night city tour of the historic center of Jerez de la Frontera. Dinner is not included.

Guided tour of Bodega Fundador and conference dinner

On Wednesday, July 10, the conference dinner of the congress will be held at the Bodega Fundador, we will also visit the bodega.

Meeting point (19:45): “Puerta de Rota”, Street S/N.

Guided tour of Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre

Before the talks on Thursday, July 11, we will have a guide tour of the buildings and museums of Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre, and attend the show “Cómo Bailan los Caballos Andaluces”.

Meeting point (10:15): Duque de Abrantes Avenue, s/n.

People staying near the conference venue can take a bus that we have rented and that will leave at 10:00. The meeting point for taking the bus is here.

For lunch, we can return to the conference venue by bus.
